Turkey Vulture in Flight
Happy Friday! This Turkey Vulture was circling near my house looking for something. The Red-shouldered Hawk family was not very happy and they were sounding the alarm until the vulture finally left the area.

Well caught! Those smaller birds are very good at sounding the alarm. I had the same when the owl flew in. :)
ReplyDeleteThe Red-shouldered Hawk is the king of alarms. They are very loud but I have enjoyed them being in my yard all year round.
